Our Compumotor driver retro fit kit has been designed to replace the entire motor driver system. Part of our Modular Refurbishment program, this kit is plug and play and can be installed by your own technichal staff. The kit ships mounted on a backplane with all the correct plugs and connectors to connect directly to the existing tool connections. Simply remove the old drivers and cables, mount the backplane assembly to the existing mounts, connect the new cables to the existing connections and start running wafers. There’s no set up or teaching to be done.
