If it goes up and down, open or closed, its controlled by the tools pneumatic system. If your pneumatic system doesn’t look like these photos, your system is obsolete. But there’s good news too. The entire pneumatic system is part of our modular refurbishment collection.
Each of our modules comes fully assembled, fully tested and ready for installation. This is modular refurbishment.
What’s in the box
Forward Panel
The entire assembly is included, tested and ready to take the place of your obsolete panel. Disconnect the pneumatic lines, facility line, any connected cables and remove. Installation is the reverse. We’ve even developed a small PCB to accept the OEM cable from the tool, just to simplify the job.
a tubing bundle completes the job
We also sell the tool’s tubing bundle. The whole thing. You can upgrade your entire pneumatic system with three modules from Saxony Thermal.
for the gas panel
We’ve redesigned the gas panel electronics to be a single PCB. We also combined all the terminal blocks and clearly labeled each of the terminals on the PCB so you don’t need to dig though schematics to find your connection. The rest of the connections are the same as the legacy board.
We chose modern SMC valves to take the place of the old yellow top valves. They’re easy to source and even easier to change.
Installation is as simple as disconnecting the MFCs, tool connections and pneumatic lines. Unscrew the old and install the new. They new assembly will seamlessly take the place of the old.
