What you see is what you get. Our Modular Refurbishment Kit includes both the supply and return sticks from top to bottom. Pipes, valves, manifolds, water flow sensor. It’s all here. Just like the rest of our modular referbishment kits, this has been designed to be customer installable and to fit to the OEM mountings and connections. Two brackets, eight bolts, one electrical connection and two pneumatic lines and it’s job done.
Add a heat exchanger and it’s a complete water system replacement. We also offer back up cooling water valving to customers using this option.
Digital Waterflow Meter
We’ve selected robust water flow sensor that replaces the legacy two meter way of measuring water flow. Acurate to 0.1 gpm flow allowing flow checks of every loop in the system. Because this flow sensor has no moving parts it will likely outlast the tool it’s installed in. Should it fail, installing a replacement is as simple as unclipping the old one, and clipping on the new one.
