Saxony Thermal is a second source supplier of parts, upgrades, and services to the semiconductor industry worldwide. Founded in 2011 and with customers around the world, we have been setting the example for the second source market ever since.
Our focus on supporting our customers through integrity, attention to detail, and a sense of partnership is the foundation of our success.
By remaining relatively small, we stay nimble. Despite our size, we still operate as a larger company. Each item that we stock in our computer-managed inventory is of the highest quality or better. Each manufacturing vendor we use has been qualified to be of the highest standards, and we qualify multiples to ensure our supply chain never goes down.
Because we built this company around providing remanufactured equipment, we can source 95% of the parts in the tool, and we’re working to close that last 5%!
OUR FOUNDING PRINCIPLES
Make the customer more successful. We mean it. Successful customers make good partnerships, and good partnerships lead to good business. Everybody wins.
You don’t always have to upgrade. We find solutions to end-of-life products. We don’t end the life of a product to drive sales. When a retrofit can’t be avoided, we strive to develop upgrades that will pose the least impact on your manufacturing flow.
Operate within our capabilities. If we don’t know how to do it, we won’t offer it. But we will make our best recommendation to support your success. Even if it means sending you to another company.
